For now, Musk is the only declared director of the company, and Jared Birchall is listed as its secretary. The privately held firm will soon be able to purchase shares from X.AI.
The latest AI startup will be part of the X Corporation. This development comes just days after Twitter merged with the X Corp company, and it aligns with Musk’s vision to create an everything app ultimately.
The company is focused on developing advanced artificial intelligence technologies that can operate without human intervention. The company aims to create an autonomous system to solve complex problems without human input.

According to reports from the Financial Times, Elon Musk is hiring experts from leading AI laboratories, including DeepMind. These sources claim that Musk started exploring the notion of a competing startup earlier this year in response to the rapid advancement of OpenAl.
The billionaire’s future venture into the lucrative generative AI business will add to his various commitments and investments. Together with Twitter, Tesla, SpaceX, the tunneling company Boring, and the biotech company Neuralink, the businesses now form part of Musk’s extensive portfolio.
Although the specifics of the X.AI. Corp. remains unknown, but Musk is focused on building an AI model to compete with all chatbots.
