Windows 12 Is Coming!!

Microsoft Windows is a personal computer operating system (OS) created by the Microsoft Corporation and has been at the forefront of the personal computer market for over 30 years.

The Windows OS quickly took control of the PC market because it offered the first graphical user interface (GUI) for IBM-compatible computers, but since the introduction of the MAC OS, it now has major competition; therefore, it must continue to produce top-notch products and services to remain relevant.

Windows 12 is due to be released soon, and here is what to expect from the Microsoft operating system upgrade. The new upgrade is known by its code name, “Next Valley.”  It will be an improvement to Windows 11, which is the latest Windows upgrade on the market.

Satya Nadella unveiled a brand-new, never-before-seen UI prototype at the Microsoft Ignite 2022 conference. A floating taskbar with a status bar resembling that of macOS is part of the redesigned user interface. Many think it’s one of the prototype designs that will appear in the final version of Windows 12. Microsoft intends to improve the usability of Windows 12 for both touch input and mouse and keyboard interaction.

Microsoft also announced that Windows 10 is going to lose all support by 2025, creating the need for an additional upgrade for the Microsoft Operating System Franchise. The new, upgraded model is rumoured to arrive in 2024, and here are some features to expect:

(Note: all details are just speculation and have not been confirmed by Microsoft.)

Better Ecosystem Features

Phone link features are super useful in diverse environments when they can be connected to different devices. Windows 11 offers this feature, but it is more adaptable to Samsung phones. Now, with the Windows 12 upgrade, more Android devices will be able to adapt to it easily.

Visual Changes

To attract users, Windows 12 has to give users the best experience and interactions, making navigations, drop-downs, and options easier. There should also be an option to change the default browser from Bing to each user’s desired browser.

Better Media Player

Over the years, Windows has switched between several media players, which are sometimes laggy and cannot be easily played. They also do not support many file extensions. Windows needs to work on this for the new file extension.

Are you excited about the anticipated Windows 12 upgrade? What new features do you think should be added to Windows 12?
