They are attracted to an environment that offers an easy and healthy lifestyle.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOW GEN Z IS SHAPING THE WORLD THROUGH TECHNOLOGY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"cnvs-block-core-paragraph-1643302070318 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technology Oriented Environment;<\/strong>&nbsp;Gen Z was born and brought up in the era of advanced technology. They result to technology in solving most of their problems. Also, their dependence on Tech makes them understand technology better and how it can be used globally to enhance one&#8217;s way of living.&nbsp;From shopping online to e-banking, video calls with distant family and friends, self-education through videos, pictures, and articles from the media, technology is taking over!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"cnvs-block-core-paragraph-1643302070344 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Creativity;<\/strong>&nbsp;Modern-day technology is not only about the experience; it also gives room for productivity. Gen Zs have become creators as apps and social media platforms enhance their creativity, thus allowing them to experiment with ideas.&nbsp;This has dramatically improved entertainment, and moving into the workforce; they can create the content required for marketing and growth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"cnvs-block-core-paragraph-1643302070367 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Flexibility;&nbsp;<\/strong>After the pandemic, working full-time in an office became unnecessary, thanks to technology, there is a flexible option of working from home. Gen Z craves ease and balance in their lifestyle. They are ready to move on with a company that offers better chances at providing flexibility in the working environment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"cnvs-block-core-paragraph-1643302070378 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Creating Digital Communities;<\/strong>&nbsp;Gen Z establishes a community of individuals with similar values and ideas. This gives them a sense of belonging to their peers. A Gen Z talent is willing to get employed in an environment that appreciates like minds in a workforce.&nbsp;Examples of such communities are; women in Tech, NFT, Cryptocurrency traders, gamers, and many others.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"cnvs-block-core-paragraph-1643302070401 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Leading and Setting Trends;<\/strong>&nbsp;Gen Zs want to create, lead and set trends while the older generations (like the millennials) follow and be consumers. For example, Gen Zs are the creators of most videos on social media like Tik Tok and Youtube.They set a particular trend, create content to express themselves, and post.
