Magnum Real Estate Group is selling three retail condos complete with a fully rented-out retail bottom floor in Manhattan\u2019s upper East side for $29 million \u2014 but will only accept Bitcoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Located at 385 First Avenue in a newly built luxury residential building in Gramercy Park, the apartments cover 9,000 square feet, and the lower floor is fully let by ProHealth, Mighty Pita and M&amp;T Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThere is a demand for real estate and nothing is being offered to the holders of crypto,\u201d Ben Shaoul, managing partner of Magnum Real Estate Group, told Yahoo Finance. \u201cOur idea is to offer something that is unique and try to pair the holders of crypto with those who want to sell real estate,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019ve been bullish on cryptocurrency for many years having transacted the sale of a retail condominium on the Upper East Side and several condominiums in Bitcoin,\u201d said Ben Shaoul, Managing Partner of Magnum Real Estate Group. \u201cOur confidence in the asset class is documented by our decision to keep crypto on our balance sheet and continue to collaborate with BitPay. We have also retained the services of Galaxy as an advisor.
